TERMS & CONDITIONS: COMPLETE SETTLEMENT BY TUESDAY, JULY 21ST, BY WIRE TRANSFER, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 3% Merchant Fee. To pay by Credit or Debit Card call (270) 619-5054. Immediate possession of all equipment upon proper settlement. All equipment must be removed from auction site by SATURDAY, JULY 25TH at 5:00 P.M. All items SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS and with all faults, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. The sale site is open for public inspection. There are no warranties, representations or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character, or condition on any of the property. Auction buyers shall not be entitled to any adjustment or allowance, rescission, damages or any other remedy or claim on account of the quality, character or condition of any property purchased. All odometer or hour meter readings are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for their own inspections.

There will be a $50.00 Title fee per titled item.
