Read all terms and conditions carefully prior to bidding.
All invoice totals over $5000 must be paid by cashier check, cash, or wire transfer. Personal checks will be accepted for invoices under $5000 with proper ID.
10% buyer's premium applies to all items with a cap of $4,000 per item. Example 1: Final bid is $3,000 + buyer's premium ($300), total sales price is $3,300. Example 2: Final bid is $50,000 + buyer's premium of $4,000 (10% with $4,000 cap), total sales price is $54,000.
TN sales tax applies to ALL items unless updated TN farm exemption or Resale Exemption is provided at pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pickup: April 28th-30th from 9-4 p.m. each day.
$25 title fee will be added to applicable items.
ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS. YOUR PERSONAL INSPECTION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are bidding on used equipment. Inspect prior to bidding.
