Miscellaneous Row is anything and everything including the kitchen sink. Shelving, Antiques to lumber. It's all in there. Buyers premium is 10% Capped at 2000.00 per item for onsite bidders. Internet buyers will be charged 10% capped at $2000.00 per item with 2% Internet fee added. Sales tax will be added unless Buyer provides Proper and current Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Invoices will be Emailed on Monday following Auction All Invoices must be paid in 48 hours. We accept wire transfers, checks with proof of funds, cash and all Credit card with 3% added.
