 Dave was a lifelong farmer whose days were spent row crop farming, cattle chores, and tending to hogs. The farm wasn’t just his work — it was his passion and his purpose. Through planting seasons, calving, and harvest, he devoted himself fully to the land and livestock he cared for.

For more than 40 years, his wife Leah worked right alongside him. Together they built their operation through dedication, resilience, and countless long days spent side by side. Farming was truly a family effort, and their partnership was at the heart of it all.

Dave Hove passed unexpectedly on December 5, 2025. While his loss is deeply felt, the legacy he and Leah built through decades of hard work and commitment to agriculture will continue to live on.
