Bin removal: This bin Must be removed sometime during the 2025 season. If more time is needed, Buyer needs to make arrangements with seller to go beyond this time. Additional note: Seller will have bins Insured until a winning bidder has been established. From that point, winning bidder is responsible for providing their own insurance.
